To order prints, please identify the desired print by image name.  The image name, such as "steve-04.jpg", is obtainable by either placing your cursor over the image, or by doing a right mouse click over the image.  Print out this form, fill it out and send it along with a check to the address indicated on the form.    Upon receipt of payment, the desired photo will be printed and shipped by USPS Priority Mail to the address indicated.
